Memories
Dr Asaah Nkohkwo Fuaseh'ngong Fontem March 2, 2012
Dear John & Family:

It's a fortnight gone so soon, yet the memories remain fresh as they ever will, of this rose of a lady, who made us truly proud to be Bangwa- with grace in whatever she did- while we shared the same transit time at CCAS Kumba in the 1980s. She will remain that stellar, triumphing with determination even the final adversity... until her  last breath.

I join you all in spirit , from this side of the pond, as you bid her farewell to become yet our very own angel over yonder !

Keep strong !

it"s hard to believe you are more, the pain is unfair, our hearts are heavy, sorrow in our minds with this untimely death.we can"t question God because he has the final say.you were beyond all the pains that"s why Gods plans are the best because you were the apple of his eyes.Faith is our greatest strenght but fear is our greatest enemy but everything works for God.Rest with the lord.                                         Nephew,Nche-che Phelan,Nephew/Godson,Nche-che Thomas

Oh, Antie Odi, you were truly gone too soon. Although of this, I am comforted by the fact that your up in the heavens in everlasting peace.  You are truly a great aunt.  Whenever I had my great highlights of my life, you were always there; at my communion, my high school graduation, and my college graduation.  Thanks for always supporting me through it all.  May your soul rest in peace.  You will never be forgotten.   Love, Raisa
Charlie Tayong Mr February 24, 2012

It takes no time to forget some people we meet in life as it takes time to forget those who touch our lives.
Sister Odi, “Mamy  Ngosong and Acha”, as I use to call you when I first met you, 1983 during a summer holiday we spent with Mr. & Mrs. Buban Ngu in Yaounde. you responded to the call to Glory too soon.
Putting smile on faces was your signature. I remember how you will crack us with funny stories from kumba. We had fun times.
You knew how much we love you, you knew how much we care, you knew how much we cherished every moment that we shared but you will never know how much we missed you, but in our minds and in our hearts we will never let you go.
While 'the Angels  are beckoning you from Heaven’s open door”, I will want to express my heart felt condolence to Mr. & Mrs. Buban Ngu, the entire Acha-Morfaw family and the Talieh family.
May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace!

My last fun memory with aunty odi, I remember that day sooo well. I came back from Antigua where I was in medschool, and aunty odi wanted to make me a graduation party. I hesitated because I wanted my M D in hand first, and she said thathew needed to celebrate every milestone in life no matter how small. She took me and the entire family, cousins, nephews and nieces out to lunch. aunty odi, how did you know? I miss you so much. We miss you so much. When I look at thosepictures, I wish you were here. I will never take any moment in life for granted. Rest in peace and know, that we are all praying fou uyou. Nguma
